I created this recipe after visiting my sister in Toronto and liking her version. This is my version:
Slice the chops in half
Pound each chop thin
Bread the chop in flour, egg, and bread crumbs
Pan fry until browned on both sides
Layer the pan with the sauce of your choosing (I use Trader Joe’s Masala Sauce), and place browned chops on top.
Add more sauce to the top of the chops.
Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for approximately an hour.
Note: If you cover the pan with tin foil, the sauce will not dry out as much. Either way is good. It’s your preference.

we have them often. The sauce is from the Indian Cuisine and spicy.
